If you love wool as much as we do, then this is your ultimate mattress. This handmade mattress is unlike anything you have ever slept on before. It is an incredibly cozy nest made of only 1 ingredient: wool. The inside is numerous layers of pure eco-wool covered with a organic woven wool fabric.
This mattress is intended to be on a slatted wood bed frame to allow for proper airflow.
Any futon bed frame will do or we can provide handmade bed frames from sustainably harvested wood.
Choose from 4" or 5" of thickness. If you like a softer mattress we suggest adding a Mattress Topper and or adding latex slats to your bedframe. Both of these options can be ordered through Holy Lamb Organics.
Wool is dust-mite resistant, non-flammable (no fire retardants are added to this mattress), so incredibly breathable that it helps to regulate your body temperature, and so comfortable that we highly recommend this mattress.
