EchinAce® Throat Spray is a combination well loved by users and practitioners because of its high degree of effectiveness. The ingredients in this formula include medicinal plants with countless years of traditional use behind them. A tremendous amount of modern clinical and laboratory work confirms that they are especially effective for treating sore throats associated with colds, flu, and other infections.
Echinacea is the infection fighter par excellence. Its benefits escalate by combining it with the other herbs in this formula. Calendula, sage, licorice and propolis are all anti-infective. The anti-infective properties of each of these herbs are improved by their synergistic dynamics. Propolis has the added benefit of analgesia, hence its utility for easing the pain of sore throats. Marshmallow and licorice provide a critical demulcent soothing effect to this combination. While soothing and anti-infective in their own right, fennel and licorice both confer the benefit of good taste.
Other combinations to consider: Use in combination with EchinaSeal™ for acute upper respiratory tract infections, colds, flu, tonsillitis, ear, nose, lung or throat infections. Use in combination with Respirafect™ (Usnea Combo) for lung infections or with Sinafect™ (Elder Combo) for sinus infections. Administration
Administer three or four sprays to the back of the throat, as needed.
Contraindications and Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition or if you are taking prescription medications. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you have an allergy to members of the Asteraceae or the Umbelliferae families of plants, if you are sensitive to anethole or if you are allergic to bee stings. Duration of use not to exceed 10 days.
This product can be safely taken many times daily, on an “as needed” basis whenever irritating infections occur and they affect the throat.
