When applying mineral eyeshadow it is a must to have a firm brush, or else the powder will fly everywhere! Even with a firm brush it is recommended when applying eyeshadow to place a piece of tissue paper under each eye to catch any falling mineral powder. To minimize this, dip brush in eyeshadow and pat it onto your eye lid, then spread eyeshadow with the brush. (or a secret tip is to use your finger, works beautifully!)
